Deployment journey

Setel's automated parking location deployment consists of three phases:

Integration
Location onboarding
Production release

Integration

If this is your first integration with Setel, you may refer to our How automated parking works page of our Setel Parking API documentation. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Location onboarding

Once the integration is complete, Setel will coordinate with your team to collect the requisite data for onboarding. This includes unique location codes to differentiate between various vendor sites.

Note:

Please notify us if any of your sites are interconnected across multiple buildings using different location codes. For example: scenarios where a customer enters via Building A but exits via Building B.

Production release

Once the parking locations are configured in Setel's database, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will be conducted to validate site readiness. We will perform the UAT in our staging environment, followed by a smoke test in production once UAT is complete. Following a successful UAT, we will proceed with the official production release.
